    This time, I'll show you how to make a simple, whole-roasted Manganji pepper using Manganji peppers, a Kyoto vegetable that's delicious in the summer.

    [Ingredients]
    Manganji peppers: 5
    Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
    Chicken stock powder: a little
    Grated cheese: appropriate amount
    Salt and pepper: a little
    [How to make]
    1. Wash the Manganji peppers and remove the stems. If you are concerned about the seeds, make a cut and remove them.
    2. Heat the frying pan, line up the Manganji peppers, and heat over low heat! Cover and cook until browned on both sides.
    3. Mix sesame oil with chicken stock, salt and pepper to make the sauce.
    4. Plate the grilled Manganji peppers, pour the sesame oil sauce over them and sprinkle with grated cheese.

    万願寺唐辛子、初めて聞きました。食材の名前を知らずに使っていたのかもしれません。日本酒のおつまみになるでしょうね。今は暑いから、冷酒と焼き万願寺唐辛子。待ちきれません!
