+Santosh Yadav agar milk me baking soda Mila ho to paneer nahi banega ... aap ek bar milk Jo aapke Ghar me aata hai usaka paneer bana Kar dekhe agar nahi ban raha hai to ghee ke pani ka bhi nahi banega koyoki ho sakta hai milk me baking soda Mila ho.
Actually jab maine 10 hours ke bad spatula se ise 2 or 3 minutes ke liye hilaya to makhan nhi nikla but thoda cool water dalne par nikla

Thnk u sooo much mam, m making ghee frm malai only since last 3 yrs... i nevr make makkhan out of malai... fr me dts rly messy process... malai ko mixtr jar me dalo n tab tak chalo jan tak makkhan na bane n den makkhan or pani ko alag karo so i nvr did dat... bt dis way i cn make makkhan wid d spoon only... n not only dat evry time me ghee banati hu to 3parts ghee ki khurchan(mava) n 1 part ghee banta tha bt apke tarike se mujhe bahot hi achha result mila... so thnx once again mam...😊🤗
N also paneer bhi bahot achha bana tha... bilkul perfct n soft
