That's a very nice setup you have for your sawmill. Having your own tractor and grapple makes life easier loading logs onto the mill bed too, which brings me to a question. Is your John Deere a D series or an E series?? I have a J.D.3025 E. Wish I had waited six months when I bought it. Had I waited I could've gotten the D series which in my opinion is a whole lot more tractor.
