You're welcome!
Love this! I've long wanted to visit Aspen & especially the JD Sanctuary. Thank you!
Another great Schoss video. You are the dynamic duo!😊
Thanks Janice 😊
Thank you for this video - I will be in Aspen in a couple weeks! 😊🌲✨
Have fun!
Well done, I live in the Roaring Fork Valley and work for Aspen Ski Company. All accurate. You both do great videos, I am catching up on them all.
It really means a lot to hear this from a local! Thanks so much for watching (and overlooking a few of the mistakes we made 😂).
Awesome video!! So glad I found your channel! Sub’d!
Welcome aboard!
Oooo. This is great! I would love to know what month you visit due your trips. Temperatures too. I appreciate all your support with traveling plans. Where did you all stay.
We visited this area the end of June 2023. We stayed at various locations and lodging is not cheap in this area.
We are driving to Aspen rn and I got this alert! Could the timing be any more perfect?! Headed to the shuttle for Maroon Bells and will check out some of the spots you mentioned! Thanks so much!!
Hope you had fun!
@@WereintheRockies Thanks! It was our first time to Colorado and we LOVED it! We stayed in Avon which was a good central location and saw and did so much!
Hi Matt and Cheryl! I was wondering what type of camera(s) you use to record your videos for TH-cam and what software program you use to edit and knit together your video clips to make your finished product TH-cam videos? Thanks so much! 🙂
Hi 👋, we usually just use our iPhones for recording, and I edit with Final Cut pro on the Mac. Sometimes I use a Sony A6600 but the. iPhone is so much more mobile
Subscribed :-) I had a quick question, we are a family of four, wife + 2 kids (13/7 y/o) visiting LV and then heading to Grand Canyon, 1st time. Via car/road. from Las Vegas. Would you recommend us staying at the The Grand Hotel, which is I believe 15 minutes from the Grand Canyon?
We arrive on the night of Sept 1st ( at which ever hotel chosen), then have only 2nd sept. day (probably few hours) before heading back to LV for last sleep and then next day catch our International flight i.e. 3rd evening.
Any advise/suggestion, thanks for all the videos you'll make to help others out.

One thing I don't know is , if you' er Native American with a tribal membership card all National parks are free. I watched your videos before going to Yellowstone and you talked about seniors and Military discounts . I came in from teton and park ranger said to just buy a pass , so when I got to yellowstone the park ranger told me I don't need a pass since I'm Choctaw I get in to all parks for free. So I went back to teton for a refund.
So to visit Maroon bells we need to book a reservation online? Or just show up at the shuttle place ? Thanks . We visited Aspen in October.

We're planning to go to Aspen in summer 2024 for a family reunion. Where do you recommend to stay? We just don't know where to start searching. We want to rent air bnb or vrbo but not sure if it should be in town or a neighboring town which is hopefully cheaper? Do you guys have any recommendations where? Thanks in advance.
Staying in Aspen will be spendy, but it could be your best bet if you don't want to drive back and forth each day. Glenwood Springs is about an hour away and has many airbnb options. There is also Carbondale (45 min away) and Basalt (30 min away). The closer you get to Aspen, the more expensive they'll be. If you don't mind driving an hour, I'd recommend Glenwood Springs. It's a fun, cute town.
@@WereintheRockies Thank you! I'll look into all of these places.
5:18 lol he's talking about how expensive it is while there's a ford gt in the back. i mean we believe you, you didn't have to go to those lengths to prove your point.
Haha. We didn't even notice that. Lol.
I live in Colorado I don’t even visit Aspen because it’s so expensive. Homes to a lot of elites.
Maroon bell was really nice. However Aspen... in the city, horrible parking, expensive shops and stuck up Americans who live there. We were shopping and asked at the information desk kiosk were there any public rest rooms. The stuck up cow simply said... we did not build the town around restrooms. WOW. I would sooner live in Europe.
Glad you liked Maroon Bells
That’s just Aspen cause they don’t really consider themselves Coloradans. Their Elites 😜
You flatter the “artists” too much. I saw the examples of “art” you showed in the museum and I say the emperor has no clothes.
I live in Colorado and I think aspen is totally overrated
Living in Utah and being around ski towns, we kind of thought all ski towns were overrated. But we have come to appreciate different things about them.
Really? Why? I’m from Europe and think about driving from Denver to LA but I don’t know how to fit in maroon bells
