Excellent build fellas. If I could, I’d like to get the dimensions of everything for the build. I want to build one for my hunting and camping trips. I go deep into the wilderness where most vehicles can’t get to. This build would be perfect for my trips. Thank you in advance.
I would add a little flatbed to store tools, maybe a little dog crate and of course all kinds of game you want to hunt. I am looking into buildung something like this. Just have to get the right engine. Got one from Briggs&Stratton 4 Stroke with 2 cylinders and 16.5 hp. Do you think that would be enough?

That engine/transmission package is designed for IRS, making the engine as part part of the buggy frame and using IRS suspension from the main frame by adding arms to it would be far simpler, lighter, and work better. You already had all the parts there to do this?
I have no clue what they were thinking. Cut up 2 sets of CV Halfshafts for what? Plus, now the whole engine is unsprung weight, horrible design and love how he used the steering arm of the knuckles as load bearing instead of the lower Ball Joints as were designed to be load bearing.
I still have no idea what exactly the purpose of this design is. Seems like way to many steps but maybe they have created a differential that locks and unlocks with this dual chain drive set up?
Who makes this transmission??? I'd love to find this transmission to build a couple of side by sides. Does anyone know where I can find them. I have looked on the net and can't find them.

Could someone tell me what size and type of engine this is please? I mean i know its a non branded copy engine, but what they are commonly used for or called would be good!
You could probably use just about any kind of motor you want. If you want to use a motorcycle engine, it would be easier to handle. I’m planning on using an all electric motor for mine with an automatic transmission.

The issue is with the chains needing to be tight at all times. The engine is better off traveling with the tires and chains so the chains don't get slack and slip
WTF some one needs to teach this guy how to weld ,he is just takking it together with bubble gum snot welds . But then the sandles tell the whole story . My gjd some persons have no shame or pride
I thought I was watching a how to not a how not, way to over complicated way to many moving parts, geometry all out of wack, some cv axels with boots and others with out.
I like your videos but your welding activities is harmful to the eyes specially when your TV is high definition. I can't wear welding googles while watching. Please do not show welding activities in Real-Time. The best solution for this is to Fast-Forward welding scenes and it would be easier on the eyes. They say, if you don't like it, don't watch but I like your show just taking care of my vision. Thanks.
While this is a joke comment, for all the people out there that have wondered about this, your tv or phone or whatever cannot reproduce UV radiation that comes from welding so have no fear.
