I'm a dealer for Speed Liner bedliners. Their products come in gallon kits and it's a lot cheap in price for a gallon verses the Raptor. Hopefully it holds up for you
Next time try some shoe spikes made for epoxy floor installs. They strap to your shoes so you can walk on the product and work easier and faster. Just a thought. FYI, don't drag your feet, you will definitely scratch the surface.
I just found your video and I want to do the same thing to my cargo trailer camper. So my first question is (1) after 4 years how is it holding up are you happy you did it and (2) when you said you roughed the surface how rough are we talking here,do I use a gritty sand paper or would a wire wheel work? Looks good I like it!!
Rustbelt Mechanic, I have an important questions. 1. I did Raptor Liner in the interior of my Jeep years ago so I could run without carpets and just be able to hose out the interior after off roading. It looked and worked great. HOWEVER... I never realized how bad and how long the Raptor Liner would put off smelly gasses. I applied the liner in May, in Tennessee. It didn't stop smelling so bad I had to park my jeep out of the garage (or stink up the house) and run without top & doors until late August. I had waterproof seat covers for the rain, but that didn't keep me dry. I can't imagine how bad and how long Raptor Liner would smell inside an enclosed trailer without any ventilation. What was your experience? 2. You did this video 4 years ago. How did the Raptor Liner hold up over time?
A year later how has it held up? I’m about to pick up my 8.5x26 custom enclosed trailer and I plan to spray or roll raptor liner in. Any further suggestions or recommendations for either spray, roll, process, ideas?
Had the side by side in and out of it about 15-20 times and went down to the dunes carrying everyone’s gear and coolers, no flooring failures as of yet!

I’ll definitely do an update on it but loaded the side by side in and out three times so far and a load of coolers and beach stuff with no chipping yet
@@RustbeltMechanic rolling probably works better than spray on as rolling pushes it into the pores or whatever roughness there is in the underlying wood better than spraying wood

Much like the liner on your truck, this turned out looking sweet. I am concerned though about you breathing too much of that stuff. Raptor liner never stops emitting toxic and carcinogenic fumes. Infact, using it on interior surfaces traps and concentrates those fumes even more so. Make quick trips in and out of the trailer to try and minimize your inhalation of that stuff. Please

I like them! My wife is actually a tattoo artist and I bought her the 30” one for her station. I told her “this one is almost too nice to not use for tools” lmao

Is it slippery when wet?
Looks great until start loading quads / dirt bikes in it. Then It peels after a year or so. The best is the nickel coin rubber flooring.

8.5x20. So 2 full 8 bottle kits should do just fine

Highly depends on the work you do...for just standard automotive stuff, very rarely. But on heavy duty things or working with hydraulic lines then yes
