Workout Wednesday & You gotta want it!

- Hey there viewers! I hope everyone had an awesome workout wednesday, I know I did and I am allowing you to keep up with my workout activity. Today i did a lot of cardio. started off on the treadmill and ran a few miles. I then moved on to jumping rope for ten minutes. after ropes I hit various ab and freestyle push up exercises. I hit 4 sets of bench and also did a lot of wrestling stand up drills to keep my body warm and moving. I wore a lot of layers today because i am trying to keep my weight down for the competition this weekend at the Battle of the Bars. I feel so smooth with my technique when my body fat is low and my body feels shredded. stay tuned for the rest of my preparation for the bar battles! give a big thumbs up and subscribe to my channel if you like what you see!
