I saw one today in the showroom, but I don't like leather, so I came to TH-cam to see if the similar interior was available in cloth. Glad to see it is. It was the most impressive color pallet I have ever seen in a car - especially in this price range.
This car looks even better in this blue than the lighter blue that is seen in most other reviews. I really like the dark blue and white interior combination. Congratulations!

I have a 2004 Toyota Matrix and it has been a great car providing no problems for my family the past fourteen years. I might just have to save up and buy this fully loaded!

I wish that Toyota had put the old 2.4 Xrs motor in there. Would have been great and made sense too since people were clamoring for some juice for the Corolla and the Corolla Xrs was such a fun car. Hopefully, in the future...
Mazda delivered this same hatchback back in 2010. 6K more for a turbocharged 263 hp Mazda Speed 3, $28K out the door.

I just test drive one today and my gosh this car looks nice. The only problem is, its lacking too much power. Compared to the civic sport, this new corolla barely moves. All the civic hatches also have alot more trunk space as well, better technology with their smart screen entertainment.
I do love the new toyota sensing on this tho! Overall I would rather get a civic sport. You get a little bit better stuff for ur buck and also performance. But I can't afford either one as I just bought the 2018 si.

2020 SE Hatchback w/blizzard pearl paint, window tint, all weather mats, door guards, nitrogen, and best of all - manual 6spd transmission.
My “daily driver” is an automatic truck - the Corolla is my fun mobile

Those fake exhauts look really niceeee
SuperKiko112 I put red reflectors lengthwise in the fake exhaust outlets. I bought inexpensive self sticking rectangular reflectors at the autos supply and cut them lengthwise and stuck them inside the chrome outlets. They look great and factory perfect on my Black Hatchback XSE.

Tracey Hobbs Manual is definitely more fun to drive but in a busy city with a lot of traffic its kind of a pain. At the time when I bought this car there was very little available in this region.
sethy1 manual was outdated since the time automatic cars became popular, many years ago. Manual now is about experience, not about necessity

interesting. You have the XSE but your car doesn't come with wireless charging. In canada, the SE with SE upgrade and XSE trims come with wireless charging.

I'm guessing cause Canadian market is a lot smaller than the U.S, it's more competitive. To win every what little car buyers there are, they try to offer as much feature as possible?
djciscov1 The reason for this is because car manufacture to meet Canadian specs are a higher up trim, with loads of rare options you won't find in a USDM trim level if you think about the 90-91 Accords, for example we had manual seatbelts and a Front Driver's AirBag, on the steering wheel. Whereas America, received the 90-91 Accords with Automatic seatbelts, and no Airbags, are cars are in Kilometers, but they last way longer then cars in miles, when properly maintained.

The car is really nice but the seats seems pretty be the same as at my Auris, so they are shit. My back did ache such a lot that I disassembled them, did change them and now I can sit healthy and happy. Thats poor Toyota. Toyota is building actually the best drives but the seats.... 🙄

Horribly cramped up and uncomfortable. Severe curve from hatch cuts out all the cargo space. Cannot get in it if you're over 150 pounds.
