  • A quick and delicious Spanish rice with chorizo ​​- perfect for anyone who loves spicy and hearty dishes! With peppers, short grain rice and spicy chorizo, you can conjure up a Mediterranean taste experience in just 30 minutes.
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
    Cooking time: 20 minutes
    Ingredients for 2 servings:
    150 g short grain rice
    1 onion (approx. 80 g), diced
    1 pepper (approx. 120 g), diced
    100 g chorizo, sliced
    400 ml vegetable stock
    1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
    1 tsp dried pepper
    1 tsp dried oregano
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Preparation:
    1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Fry the onion, pepper and chorizo ​​in it for 5 minutes.
    2. Add short grain rice and fry for 1 minute, stirring.
    3. Add vegetable stock to the pot and bring to the boil.
    4. Add dried paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
    5. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
