Thanks man. I didn't know this was an OTT configuration, and when I shot it like that I hot a bullseye at 10 yards. I'm a newbie of a week or so. I'm addicted and own a bunch of Simple Shot models already.

I hold my scout LT with the thumb on the back like you do with the torque, and I have found that it's the best way to hold, at least for me. Noticed a big difference with consistent accuracy.

I just got the Flip-Clips for attaching flat bands to my Torque - they work great and hold the bands very securely.

Same here... the looped tubes just weren't for me, so until the new Flip-Clips for the Torque came out, I attached flat bands with the wrap-and-tuck technique. That improved the use of this frame immensely. I ordered the Flip-Clips as soon as I knew they were available.

Yeah. I had to get me one of these. I got the slingshot bug. I use about 4 myself currently. 2 in the house. 2 outside. I'm hoping that the Torque is a good EDC. Thanks for your review.

Torque was the first slingsot l purchased from Simple Shot. Somehow, l am more accurate with my Ocularis shooting flat bands at 37", not that accurate with the torque. My torque has 1632 looped tubes and l shoot it butterfly style.

@@411Outdoors l like heavy tubes as well. Got two sets of 1745, l shoot 45 cal lead balls with it. They are going to be my hunting bands.

Just ordered a Torque. I've always been curious about them and I had to order a few Scout LTs for Christmas gifts. I figured since I'd already made free shipping now was the time.

Here in the UK we have Gamekeeper John, a well respected shooter who produces some great frames, band sets etc. He uses/sells tapered bands that are 30/20mm, they’ll be perfect for this frame, and as I’m a Seljan fan I’ll order one until the new releases are available here. I got impatient and ordered a Beanflip which cost a lot to import, but I’m sure I had the first one in the UK. Still I’ll be more patient this time around………..

I have one of these. Arrived in the post today. With bands I had no problem but when I tried the tubes I don't even know where the shot went. No fork hits but it was nowhere near on target. Never used tubes before.
Its most definitely a different dynamic my friend haha. I’m fairly descent with tubes and mostly do it for the challenge. Depending on the ammo, they have some stellar power. I’ve launched some heavy lead from tubes.

You could use any kind. I like shooting rocks and beads out of natural Treefork slingshots
you can use loop tubes on the ocularis as well

They were just a bulk pack that I had gotten from Amazon. Budget friendly.
My man! I just got a Torque but it feels a little uncomfortable because the pinch grip is just so wide (not a fan of thumb grip). Have you tried the Torque X? I'd love to try it since it's a little smaller. Would love to hear your opinion🤙🏾

I have not actually thankfully. I have heard of people breaking fingers before, not necessarily with this one but with through the fork styles esp

There is also a really good one for 18 on Amazon I just reviewed. It’s a classic Chinese frame
I wasn't impressed with my Torque slingshot at all. I bought it because of your videos. Don't know if I just need to upgrade the band or use a better projectile than the clay balls. Very disappointed.
I use my primary torque as a loop tube shooter for heavy ammo. It almost has a tac feel. It’s not a good beginner Slingshot and it’s not for everyone for sure.
Stop endorsing simple shot slingshots I'm from the UK you can buy slingshots that shoot OTT TTF and tubes it's nothing new simple shot company needs to move forward it's becoming an outdated company espe in the UK 👎
I respect your opinion but I still dig Simpleshot as far as someone who lives in the states. Not to mention the good services they provide. On top of it all, affordability.
What you on about mate? You can buy cattys from anywhere. Simpleshot's an American company, this is an American dude. If you don't like it, do a channel licking Wasp's arse or summat. Jesus. Edit: Also, this dude has definitely reviewed a Wasp catty and gave it a high recommendation.
