I totally agree with you, when saying simple shot is marquee. The craftsmanship is second to none. The flexibility of their slingshots gave me the opportunity to go from shooting pizza boxes to shooting golf balls.
Keep in mind, Nathan answered a Q & A about banding with latex that is wider than your fork tip. There is nothing wrong with folding the band to fit it across the fork tip - it's what we almost always do at the pouch end.
I just got into slingshots a few weeks ago trying to find one was frustrating as hel_. I didn't realize it was a huge sport last time I shot one i was probably 13 know im 57 but there are a unbelievable amount of makers and different styles but I kept getting lead back to simple shot ordered on a Friday and received on Monday super quick and step by step direction on everything and video directions hit the little square thing on the package with your cam and there's a video very helpful i bought two of same kind just one tie on the other pro clip on model only because I wanted to learn to tie also so I wasn't a complete D A if I was somewhere shooting with someone. That Tork X looks nice Great review on it. Blessings brother 👊
A fantastic frame brother. Love mine from the day i picked it up. The only thing that would make it absolutely perfect for me would be clips. Not a fan of wrap and tuck lol. Another great review 👍

I prefer the Loop Tubes. The Torque X and Torque X Pro (aluminum) both went to Flat Bands. All their other Slings are already Flat Bands. Other than the Hammer Kits. I prefer some Variety.. i only just discovered (Simple-Shot) because I found Condor's Exoskeleton Sling and the Designer in South America said to visit (Simple-shot) for more Loop tube bands. I find it funny. I'm a novice so the Scout LT is above me, imo. However, from my Daisy to Marksmen II, TOP's, KaBar, Condor and now Torque (Black & Green w/ Loop Tubes). Everything I own has a version of Tubes. Never Flat Bands.. so... I'm not gonna suddenly use the Scout LT when everything.. everything I own is Tube based.

I like how it's wide. I hit the frame on a narrow slingshot with a 3/8 steel ball and I was lucky not to break a window. Awesome video
