Their relationship admittedly starts off kinda awkward, but it’s really great and sweet seeing them grow together once we get about halfway through season 3. They might overall be the best couple in the show, honestly.
Honestly I agree, they knew they were in love within a month and they match each others personalities enough to balance it out. April is overly pessimistic and smart while Andy is Optimistic and unintelligent. They managed to have a successful relationship in which they put each other first and it lasted forever, which we see in the finale when they finally have kids and all that.
I thought I enjoyed Jim and Pam, but Andy and April and watching their characters develop around their relationship was a truly magnificent sight. So perfect.

I never liked Jim and Pam coz of how much of a nice guy they made Jim. He wasn't totally the Boss of their relationship as u all saw which happens to be not so true in the real world. Basically he was 2nd option after it didn't work out with Roy and he has been waiting for like 4 years which is fucked up. But Andy is the total Boss of this relationship and also he handles April well.

During that episode (April and Andy's fancy party) Leslie freaks out coz she thinks Andy and April are moving too fast in their relationship and it won't end well for them. Then Ron tells her that April and Andy are in love and are going to get through it together and it doesn't matter how much time they've been together till their wedding. He tells that he himself has had two failed marriages despite being so wise and tells Leslie not to be worried. Ron was like the guy who brought them together.

I know Ron gets a lot of credit for taking care of Andy and April. But we can't seriously forget that Ben spent the whole day taking them shopping and banking and taught them how to be at least somewhat functioning adults.
My favorite part of the entire show was when Andy was burt Macklin and autumn was Mrs Hitler and they helped a child and she said "thank you Mrs Hitler" to her mom
