Its odd that Ron's fear of a surprise birthday party would lead him to hide and sleep overnight in the protection of a government building.
It’s because Leslie wouldn’t think to look for him there since he’s so against the government. It’s the last place she’d look for Ron.
Last place anyone would ever look for him...

The oddness is the point of the joke
It’s a fictional show. It’s not real. Ron is not real. But thank you for trying introduce logic to a not real story line. FYI, in Goldilocks and the three bears, bears don’t really talk.
Ron punching a coffee pot because it burned him seems legit, but him starting an office war by pitting everyone against each other because of it is just great.😂😂😂

I always thought it was out of character that april was disgusted and walked out when Ron pulled his tooth.
She actually looks excited at first.
She is mostly bark
I think they were going for irony. The person most tolerant of nastiness walks out and the least tolerant (Leslie) stays even if out of fear or concern. Or, it can also be that April doesn't find everything weird interesting and the comedy is that someone pulling their teeth out is something she actually finds gross.

Bridge On The River Kwai (Leslie's movie choice for Ron) is an absolute classic movie. I watched it because of Sir Alec Guinness (Obi Wan in the original Star Wars trilogy) and because I heard it was good, and I'm so glad I did. Definitely recommend it.

You missed the park prank from Eagleton were Leslie threatened to rip his throats out.
Lot of people this was a parallel world where the cold war ACTUALLY brought about the apocalypse and so when the nations recovered, they had the remaining population appreciate life and remaining populace had enough violence that they all universally adapted to a less aggressive and violent life, why Ron was one the vets that would never talk and Leslie's dad was a soldier that passed in the war. Why Ron respects Leslie and why things the way they are. Where seeing this, I'm ok with the way the world goes in this. Almost feel like Fallout AFTER they finally took out Vault Tec and recovered in a positive way.

Why does Leslie give a list including calling about fake inflatable saxophones when she doesn't know about Duke Silver? And why did Anne bring in Tyrone's balloons into the building?
April knew about Duke Silver and she took it upon herself to improvise. i cant think of a reason for the balloons though lol.
