  • We are greeting you, fellow modelers, in these last days of year. Today we want to present to you the work on the detailing of the Lancia Delta S4 cockpit. I had to look through hundreds of photos of a real prototype and, what is possible, take over into a mini version. In addition to seat belts, kevlar decals and some photo-etched parts, I foiled the interior with bmf sheet, it looks now like a real thermal insulation. Also added something similar to a fire extinguishing system, an air duct for second driver, and made an attempt to detail the dashboard, with the insertion of an imitation of a tachometer glass, a radio station wire. Next I will be working on the engine and chassis to put this all together. Thank you all for your support and attention, if you liked the video, the like or share will be very helpful.
    Taking this opportunity, we congratulate everyone on the upcoming 2021, and wish you fewer problems this year and more time to build beautiful models!

    Wow Oleg, I appreciate your videos because you show every step that you take in your builds. I like the use of bare metal foil and your turned gear shifter. Thanks for sharing buddy!

    Superb. I love the dials on the dash.
    I may have to pinch that one.

    That is amazing attention to detail, which really makes it look unreal. You can definitely make a low quality made kit look absolutely amazing, not saying that this one is low quality, I'm just making an example but, you should make a low quality, cheap model kit into something amazing. Keep working and bringing good content!

    excellent build and a great eye for the detail. Doing the fabric through the seatbelt buckels always drives me up the wall as the ends of the Fabric always seem to frizzle out and you wont get them through the hole. Any tips here?!

    • @Scaleautoshop
      @Scaleautoshop  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      thank you mate. yes there are solutions: 1. just cut the belt with new sharp blade. 2. melt a little the ends with lighter, but be very accurate. 3. drop little superglue at the ends.

    как увидел как вы масштабируете толщину руля сразу подписался, ещё хотелось чтобы на фронтальном обтекателе радиатора перед фарами также убрать толщину для масштаба.Скажите вы сами из России ?

    • @Scaleautoshop
      @Scaleautoshop  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Спасибо за подписку👍 дааа, там много мест где можно убрать масштабность, например, на сетках я старался убрать эту толщину где это максимум возможно. На обтекателе пропустил.. ) Да, сам я из России:)
