    I've seen quite a few reviews of this car and think you gave the best explanation of the controls and systems of the Insight.

      It is a simple refresh, not a large overhaul. So very little if any.

    On EV mode is it true you can only use it up to 25mph, and if so does pressing the button at higher speeds harm the electrical questions?

      I currently own a 2020 Insight EX. If you have the econ mode on, the car will turn on the EV mode on its own if you are cruising but it doesn't last long. The car will charge it as you go though

    Okay, now I want an Insight. I wanted the Accord Hybrid at first but still wanted something smaller and this is the best because everything I wanted in that vehicle is basically in the Insight. And it's cheaper than what I was going to get with the Accord. Thank you!

      My Insight is always mistaken for an Accord. I think it’s the perfect size and best looking car on the dealers lot.

    The 2019 Inspire EX is an awesome car, I own one and it's fun to drive and everything is intuitive. Don't expect a hotrod when you buy one, it's all about fuel economy. I recently discovered that driving through the mountains of east Tennessee and Kentucky the car is loud and the engine works hard to maintain the speed limit with ACC and your mpg are reduced. On a flat road traveling at 65 mph I get 51 mpg, in the city I average 58 mpg. Your best fuel economy is dependent on how you drive. When my 21 year old son drives the mpg is reduced by 10%.

    Any significant changes from the 2019 model or a reason to go with the 2020 instead? Any lumbar support? Thanks!

    • @JustinFullerReviews
      @JustinFullerReviews  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The EX trim does not offer lower lumbar support. The 2019 and 2020 are the same body style. So you could save and buy a 1 yr old model, or buy the newest if that is what you prefer. Your preference on this, but you should get the same amenities.

      @@luism8612 you can’t even put a damp paper towel on the seat without it staining. Car dealers have a A special solution that they put on the seats now that cost $500. They tack that on to the used vehicles when they resell them. They don’t specify that until you see it added onto the paperwork when you buy it.

      It's tricky to film inside cars when it's bright outside and the camera changes settings so you can see the shadows and dark areas of the interior. I've seen some people on TH-cam put up sunshades to avoid the issue but then he wouldn't be able to show us stuff like the Brake Hold function as easily.
