I am in love with how your sister created this balloon garland. I have been watching this on repeat and cannot get my thoughts together on how she did it. Can she please make a tutorial video on how to assemble this exact garland. Thank you and keep going!
Wow, thank you so much for your comment. I am so glad our videos helped you. When I started there was no one showing how to do things so I am happy that these videos have helped you!
Hi thanks for watching. Yes I try to answer all the comments that people take time to leave. TH-cam doesn't always show me when some one does comment, so I miss some. But thank you for commenting!
Your event set up is beautiful, thank you so much for sharing. Love that you give the cost of items, your set up time and what you charge. Your advise is sound, God bless
Thank you and the hardest part is what to charge. We definitely learned a lot and probably should of increased our prices faster after starting the business!
Absolutely beautiful. I have already brought 2 of you items on Itsy. But I promise by the end of the year I will own them all. I love your work. Thanks for sharing
Great set-up, you all are doing a great job, especially since you are just starting in this cutthroat business(all that you said about the business is so true). keep up the good work. Here's a thought - why don't you start taking orders to build things for others - I would definitely buy?!
Hi, thank you so much for watching and commenting. I have thought about creating some event rental Items, so It is possible I do that in the future. For now I am working on this TH-cam channel in my spare time. But if I do decide on going the route of creating Items, I will definitely post on this channel. Thanks..
Hi, thank you for watching. I am sorry I do not have a video on the topic as it kind of scares me legal wise. And it will vary drastically from state to state. Sorry and good luck!
Your videos are so informative where are you located what state? Just wanted to understand how anyone would just ask for 120dollars? Gas prices are up and time is not free? Wow! Also as far as getting names to place on backdrops do you have the templates for those as well? Thank you for your time.
Hi, in Texas and yeah if you let people will try anything lol. As for the names I just make them on photoshop then print, but other programs work as well. Thanks for watching!
Hi, yes but this one is I believe 5ft x 7ft. I believe I had to buy two to make the 8ft x 10 ft grass backdrop. But I don't really recommend that large anymore as it can be a hassle. The smaller one works great, we just add the balloons more to the side and it appears bigger. But 8ft x 8ft is the biggest I would go with now. But it may take more than one box. Its been a while but I believe the grass squares are 20 inches by 20 inches. So you would have to do the math to figure the size that best fits your needs. Thanks
Hello. This is wonderful! I’ve been watching your videos for a while and I really like your work! I have a question for you regarding pricing: do you charge a rental fee for the props (like grass wall and candy cart)? Do you include it in your pricing? Or do you just consider as a wear n tear cost over time..? As a new business owner I struggle with this 🤷🏻♀️
Hi, thank you and yes pricing is the most difficult and was something we struggled with at the beginning. But we did eventually learn, less work and making a profit is better than a lot of busy work and barely making anything. We changed our pricing so much and all the time really. At first I even forgot to charge delivery and setup lol. But you learn by doing most of the time. And yes charge a rental fee for props for sure. Some people only rented the props because they would do the balloons themselves or they would pay somebody else to do the balloons because we were too expensive, lol? Which at that time we weren't at all and should of charged more. Charge for each prop, backdrop, sign, setup deliver, balloons, etc. Some times we even did packages were we would put stuff together and all they would do was change the balloons really and that was our budget friendly option. But then we just went back to individual as this was best for us. Don't under value what you offer and if you are being booked a lot then time to raise those prices! Hope this helps.
question, where do you guys buy your balloons? I wanna make sure Im using quality because I don't think the balloon sets at amazon or even hobby lobby is necessarily the greatest of quality.
Hi I am planning to do a video about balloons, brands, types and where we purchase them soon. It is a lot of info and definitely had to learn the hard way. I can tell you right off the bat though, the top if not most recognized quality balloons will be from Qualatex in most situations but can vary. I will have a lot more info when I create the video. Thank you so much for commenting.
Hi, thanks for watching. If you are meaning pickup and popping balloons. It depends when we go back to pickup the balloons some times we would pop them on site. But really I would just throw them in the trailer and pop them later. We liked to just drop off and pickup as quick as possible. If you are meaning your balloons popped on site before the event or during the event. Two things make sure you are using the right quality balloons such as qualatex, tufftex, etc. Second is avoid placing in direct sunlight if possible. The sun will always be an enemy of balloons. If we know it will be hot or in the open we recommend to the client to keep out of sun as much as possible and if they want it in the sun mention you can not guarantee the balloons will not start to pop and again try to find a shaded spot. But if they understand the risk and still want it then that is up to you and them. Thank you, hopefully this was helpful.

Looks amazing you guys did an amazing job🔥🔥😍

How did you attach the happy birthday sign on the hedge?
Hi thanks for watching. We use fishing string to tie to the top of the pipe. We usually use 40-50lb clear string and it is not visible.
Hey is this the same backdrop that you linked on your links? The 8ft by 10ft? Can you use it for several sizes? Thanks.

Stunning set up as always 👌🏽
Thanks so much!!
How do you attach the words to the green back drop?
Hi, fishing string. Its clear and thin so its invisible about 3 ft back.
Thank you so much i do catering and event planning too, thanks for sharing. God bless
Thank you for commenting and watching the video.

I cannot find your video on the white round backdrop
Hi thank you for watching the video. I filmed it and just need to edit together. I should have it out by Monday.

Hi thanks for watching and commenting. We are located in San Antonio, TX.

Where did you get the candy cart from please
Hi, the candy cart was custom made about a year ago. It wasn't that difficult, but there would be some things I would change if I were to build it again. But I just finished building another candy cart which should be more easily setup for events. The video should be up in a day or two. Thank you so much for watching.
Great will wait for that
