The vets usually do postmortem and identify whether the meat is ok for consumption, some of the sicknesses re attached to certain organs n can be discarded while the lean meat is consumed

those in the bush find it difficult to get access to vertinary . you can buy a sick animal and bring it home for treatment and later the animal becomes healthy.
