My xfinity internet box is so fucking bad I have to re connect my WiFi to my PS4 every day it’s so fucking terrible it goes so slow and I play in my living room and I have to re connect it when I’m basically touching the router If u think about buying it don’t.

Their prices are ok but not what i would consider really good. Overall xfinity isn't bad just have horrible customer support
We have verizon shitternet DSL now. You'd be lucky to get 56kbps on a good day (or night)... May as well be dialup. Thinking of switching. Streaming is completely out of the question.

But, I also had to have a ground and box installed by an electrician. The ground and box was like $150 with labor. So, not too bad. Especially for an internet service that only goes out if the power does.

I have spectrum and based on the comments I will never switch to xfinity internet. I had issues with my connection for gaming on my Xbox and pc. Ive learned that if you have you router closer to your gaming device than it won’t be as chopping it will be ass smooth and you will have great connections! I’m not sure if this is true for xfinity but give it a shot!

Bad customer service is very bad also at this time the service is to. I, Othniel Jenkins would like for affinity to check my internet service. I have called an email about my service for the past two months. I have been having problems with receiving the appropriate speed for my broadband. When I'm watching a movie, it is constantly trying to upload or reload when I'm live streaming. I keep getting a message saying my band is not fast enough there is not enough speed to do what I'm trying to do. Please recheck my internet speed I am not getting the service that I am paying for, as of this point, I am not pleased with the service, please recheck my internet. Xfinity say I have 300 mbps, I am getting 110.6 mbps. This is not good service at this point.
I'll stick with my cable internet with WiFi router and 200 mbps for $69./ month and no contract. It takes care of a 3 bedroom plus basement house with no slow down at all.
I cut the cord and went with 150 mpbs about a month ago. I was pleased that they didn’t charge me early termination on the cable service, so that’s good. My problem with Comcast Internet only is frequent service “flutters” as they call it. For whatever reason, sometimes my video goes all snowy or freezes. On my Google MIni, the 5.0 service drops off and I have to reinstall my Mini’s and sometimes my Shield TV to the network. Yesterday, I had to reset up my TP Link repeater as well. I’m looking for some way to monitor and track my performance results so I can let Comcast see the problem and hopefully get it fixed. Any suggestions?

Xfinity is not good for gamers I always get 1,000+ ping and I always freeze in the game or glitch all over the place and it's UNPLAYABLE.

Do you use there modem/router? that might be the problem I'd recommend buying your own modem as the video says it pays for itself over time
