@@jacked_asian very loosely, there is a children's TV show (that's not real) that somehow glitches into Adult Swim's network, and the glitch slowly corrupts the Adult Swim network while two characters from that children's show are stuck navigating and running from the glitch until the one is completely consumed by the glitch and the other one is lost still wandering. If you watch from start to finish like I did, each episode of each show has one or two short segments where something goes wrong. For example, when Morty points the gun at Rick's head during their episode, Morty glitches into a demonic-esque monster for a few seconds, and then the episode continues as normal. You can also see the two character's from the mock children's show often running in and out of scenes from the shows as well

I love how Adult Swim adds good new shows as well as re showing they're older classic shows. The bumps in between are what make the channel unique and part of what brought me back to buying cable. Never watched anything including Joe Pera before, but I found it so deeply endearing. It's like watching the embodiment of a kid seeing a bird up close for the first time. The sense of wonder and discovery is portrayed so incredibly well that it makes me sympathise with him profoundly.

I'm kind of surprised at how many people found out about Joe Pera through this. That show kicks booty.
My phone has been glitching for months due to an LCD issue-the glitching animation is so good that it blended quite well with my screen having a fit at one point. Definitely more immersive that way

I was already a fan of ATHF. I'll see what other shows Adult Swim has that I previously ignored.

The baba O'Reilly episode was great. It was a story about a sheltered man finding himself through music, and I loved every minute of it. His excitement is contagious, and It got me a little choked up, and I can't explain why.
in the state of the world, its easy to get blame for existing, dont take it, allow yerself to feel happy about the little things and ignore the dark glitch trying to infest your mind. If u watch AS stuff, then yer allready safe. That u felt a bit choked up, might just be, that it reminded you of the time u experienced the same thing about something. And my opinion is, its time for you to go out and find it again. But thats my gist of this special :P
