One thing I never noticed until recently is at 2:29 you can remove that torch from the wall in Bree. I think I never noticed it in the past because the targeting thing always locks onto the quest npc in the house.
And the funny thing is that TT Games has already renewed the game's licenses, and even so, microsoft doesn't want to sell the game, even with the purchased licenses.
It might have something to do with them not updating the Xbox 360 store anymore. But yeah, they're selling Hobbit again so it's weird they're not selling this one digitally.
I bought it on Steam in the summer and finished to like 75%. I had played the PS Vita version 10 years ago, and even though the PS Vita port is so much worse and lacks so many features and has no open world, It was still one of my favorite lego games. And after playing the console/pc version, I have to say... this is such a goated game... best Lego game ever released. 💯
I still don't understand, I don't know if you remember, but at the very end of 2021, in November, Microsoft announced 76 new backward compatibility games and one of them is Lego Lord of the Rings and if they made it available straight away after it already came with a license Renewed after all that after all that bullshit with warner and Tt games.
This was the last LEGO game to come out for the original Wii, it's a shame they didn't port it over to the Wii U like they did LBM2. Also, for LCU, don't forget about the Police Station and some areas that cannot be seen from aerial views (as CT or GC).
How have you never saw the Lord of the Rings films? You should have seen them sooner. Also for someone who has seen them, watch the Extended Edition of all three films. That’s the true way to watch them.
As someone who grew up playing like a video games, I will say this. While I think that some of the extra unlockable things in this game were a little bit unnecessary, and while I didn't love the levels compared to other Lego games, I do think it has the best hub. Like best main world. Sure, walking around Hogwarts is a ton of fan. But I think prefer this hub a bit more. Level wise, Id go OG star wars
I don’t like how small middle earth is it definitely takes away of the journey to get to a city. And you can’t even explore Minas tirith or Minas morgul
I wish I got this game for my Xbox One back when I could 😢. Is there any way to play it now? I only played it on my PS VITA, and I lost the vitacard for the game eons ago.
@@QuickBrickGames Well, I’m not sure if I would ever be able to get my hands on an Xbox 360 Lego LOTR disc, especially here in Turkey. My best hope is the game getting remastered
@@pislikeller you can buy it on stram if you have a laptop or computer and play it with a wireless controller or with a wire, all the lego games on steam are on sale pretty often
@@SamadAlHayadi am going to do exactly that, the game is currently 75% off on Steam. It’s sad that you can’t buy DLC’s for the PC version, but the game is brilliant nevertheless. And you can get mods on the PC version, I would fancy playing as Giant Bionicle Sauron!
@@pislikeller don't you have eBay like version in Türkiye? I live in Bulgaria and we have OLX which is a second hand online market. The games are like 10€ in there.

I think the PSVita version was better in some aspects. I was pretty disappointed to see that there was no equippable Uruk-Hai Helmet whereas in the PSvita version there were lots of different types of orcs each different characters like Uruk Hai crossbow men with black armor and you could buy them. I think the open world is great but the locations were tiny! PSVita locations had much more detail.
Interesting! I might have to check out the Vita version sometime. In fact, the handheld versions of LEGO games is a whole other frontier that I haven't yet explored on this channel. haha

This game was so good.
I agree!
It's such a shame that they lost rights to lotr, would have been cool to have a newer/better version of the game along with the full lego hobbit game😔
Middle-Earth is probably one of the best hub worlds across Lego Games. The details across the different areas from the Shire to Rohan are exceptional.
True
Extended edition is a must watch
I will be watching at some point. I have purchased the Hobbit films since this recording.
the map design of this game is amazing
True, very expansive.
5:33 I remember Lego POTC and Lego Jurassic World have that daytime and nighttime switching feature.
Yep!
LEGO The Hobbit does too!
Haven't played this game for years, I need to again. It really needs to be remastered tbh.
As they barely ever remaster I doubt this will ever happen
Gotta hunt down the disc, or play on PC!

One time when ZXMany was doing his Mario party 9 story mode video he accidentally pronounced the minus star bonus as the minas star
