In a county jail a pill that sells for $20-$25 on the street will cost as much as $300-$400. 4 or 5 or 6 guys will be splitting a half of a pill, snorting little tiny tiny half lines. It's terrible, they give up all their commissary and even have their people on the street sending western union and cashapp and stuff just to get a fraction of a fraction of a $20 pill.
