1911s have a grip safety that doesn’t let you pull the trigger when it isn’t depressed, which it will only ever will be when you actually grip and hold the gun naturally. This means that the way he de-cocked the gun would literally be impossible because the hammer would never get released. He’d also probably have accidentally shot it since the hammer doesn’t behave like a revolver
Precisely this. Proud owner of a Colt M1911 (not A1. Bloodied, used in both WWs, well-maintained and also capable of a really mean hammer bite, if one isn't aware). Damn fine piece of weaponry, if i say so myself. On of the top 3 of family heirlooms.
@@captainkirk4271 I made no statement regarding homosexuality. But since you bring it up this character seems to suddenly choose it because he's been alone for 10 yrs, which is counter to the science that does state being gay isn't a choice.
@@eliasakkerman4597 isn't this show one where society is no longer cohesive? Also isn't the survivalist's sexuality presented as a choice? He basically takes in the other guy and in a single meal decides well it's time for a non-traditional relationship.
@@uwillnevahno6837No, that's not how it works. Bill was always gay, he straight up has oily six-packed lumberjacks magazines with “Sticky pages” in the back of his car, both in the game and the TV show. He just never found love before meeting Frank in the show
“We can help each other *and get that gun out of my face* “
The way he just immediately jumped to that was cold af
This is something I wish we had seen in the 1st game; Joel & Tess knowing Bill & Frank before the events of the game.
Frank was kind of an afterthought, almost like a hidden secret of Bill's in the Game: In the Game, Joel and Tess only know Bill.
The reason why he didn't trust Joel is because he's a contractor and Bill is a DIY guy, just listen to how he's over selling his aluminum fence.
Makes sense “I can do it for X price in three months” “I can do it by myself in 6”
😂😂😂 just Ron in the apocalypse
The first line Pedro speaks he sounds just like the Mando

it's cool to see these scenes add more detail to Bill's story from the game. But... the audio mix has chewing and swallowing SO loud
can't wait for season 2!
Who is running the landscaping company out there?
Bill, I'm guessing

We're equally close to bonobos as we are chimps, and they have more lenient policies towards sex for the sake of social cohesion.

@@vivi7645 Oh? Well then his character was from the outset gay. It doesn't jive w/the stereotypical survivalist. #themoreIknow
