- Did you notice this in hazbin hotel?
During episode 2 we can see two of velvetts models when she starts speaking to val one of which she says is fired. Later on in episode 4 we can actually see them helping out on vals film set with angel including the one that velvette allegedly fired. Maybe this means that the Vs share their contracted demons or just shuffle them around when things go wrong.
Did you notice anything else in the episode?

If they were fired it suggests they don't share staff, rather than the opposite.
Being fire probably just means the contract gets shifted to another vee
Or maybe it just their fired from helping velvette and are suppose to help another vee

Velvet is the only character to consistently change her look from scene to scene. If you look at every scene she’s in her hair or her outfit is different. Which makes sense since shes fashion influencer but still a cool touch

I didn't notice but I believe the 4 "models" were designers, not models. They made the clothes and she was critiquing them. I also don't think she fired her. They just shuffled employees around, saying things like "you're fired" to instill fear in them. A big reason anyone should want to sell their soul to an overlord is protection.
This would explain why Val tore Velvet's best model because he feels entitled to do that because he also owns them
The boom mic demon Charlie talked to in Val's set also operates the boom mic for Vox so yeah I agree they probably shuffle their employees around

Also, on the pillars/walls while in Stayed Gone, when Vox sings "(something something) since he split" and twirls through the hall to the other vees, there are some deer footprints. I dont think they're half heats as its a very specific shape

They need radio waves to allow wireless technology to work. Also, Vox did want Al to join, so it’s likely that he put it there before asking, assuming that he’d say yes.

Another possibility is that "You're Fired" might be a temporary punishment, like...getting thrown in fire for a while. Also could be kinda the reverse of a "like" and getting "fired" could refer to demotion of some credit type score that the Vs use to keep their minions ranked. Getting fired may of lowered the minions ranks so instead of assisting with creative designs, they are stuck doing a more "menial" task.
The Vees share staff like the mic guy has been seen in the start of stayed gone and before Poison

I'd say that if they do shuffle them around that in the v's tower it kinda acts like the rings of hell in a way. While vox's demons are stuck with him (pride ring) the other twos demons get thrown around (all other 6 rings)

I would just say that Vivze want to use the character again than just trashing that character and it was used for nothing. Not everything can be lore or backstorys.
This is a big budget production and lots of characters that vivzie has designed have never been included, so I doubt she would just arbitrarily allow for such inconsistencies

I just love the idea that no one ever gets really fired by any of them, they just get shuffled around to another V. And when they've been to all three the first V to have them don't remember them so the cycle just starts again haha 😂
I think this is true because there is a demon with one eyed, red demon with two long horns who is in basically every film studio. He’s the demon Charlie talks to during episode four when she’s trying to help Angel. That same demon also appears in Stayed Gone when during the “Camera speeds rolling in three… two… one…” part of the song. This demon is also in the pilot when Charlie is singing Inside of Every Demon is A Rainbow.

I noticed Velvette has 3 hearts on her collar, like the 3 of hearts in poker and most hazbin hotel characters revolve around a red, white and black color scheme resemblent of poker cards or chess or checkers all of which are mind games and require lots of strategy.

i always took it that velvette fired her and she ended up working for val. i alos thought she fired the others off screen. just because she isnt very consistent and changes a lot (design wise) and just thought she'd be the same with her employees
