A little tip: I work in a metal processing company, and I noticed at 05:16 a dangerous moment: when during the drilling or turning of the aluminum wires are formed, stop the processing and remove them. If the wires catch your finger, the spindle's rotation could rewind them and they can cut your finger. A worker of us risked having his finger amputated for this oversight. I saw that you are an experienced worker, but I still hope to help you with this tip!

beautiful setup ... efficient and elegant. The only thing I have mixed feeling about is the location of the rear caliper, I find it very exposed so low : would there not be a way to tuck it up a bit higher ? I can't wait for the Ti tube bending...
