I was genuinely confused at the start of the video because I've apparently never seen the Pixy in its default colour scheme. I'm only familiar with Fred's Pixy from playing Gundam Versus. It's just kind of weird, like never knowing a Zaku II's supposed to be green because you've only seen the custom units. Still, I honestly I think I prefer the greyer colouring on Fred's Pixy as it's more stealthy feeling.
I really want to get my hands one of these. (Maybe even TWO, if I were to get the standard efreet) my reason for a second one tho is because I am a huge fan of the pixy used by Cortes in the manga: "Mobile Suit Gundam: We're Federation Hooligans". The Pixy in that manga is another unit that's been painted a dark green and grey (the manga's pixy is just an absolute MONSTER in combat. The pilot took on 6 other federation mobile suits and several zeon suits on his own and came out with only a few scratches and dents towards the end. Only to get absolutely murdered by the GM Striker)
We're Federation Hooligans is my second favorite Gundam manga ever by absolute far (only on top of Return of Johnny Ridden) and the primary reason I've been wishing for a Pixy kit for years... until it turned out to be P-Bandai. The manga may be silly as heck in several aspect, but the combats and MS's art was heckin exquisite. Still, I may nab a Pixy if I ever come by one at a decent price. Obligatory reminder that a recolor (Slave Wraith) is going to be released soon.
The events of the Cross Dimension 0079 part 2 takes place in Gobi desert, without ever being noticed. It holds the similar position to Blue Destiny in terms of being canon or not.
Cross Dimension 0079's part 2 was wasted potential. I am still curious about what happened to Bork and Saki after the good ending. If anyone is interested in the first decent Gundam game ever, then you should play Cross Dimension 0079 on SFC(SNES).
I haven't built mine yet, but there is the also the Pixy from MSG: Side Stories from the Slave Wraith squad that also P-Bandai coming out...they took my money already
I have it and I love the Pixy BUT the inclusion of so many color correcting stickers, especially the purple neck area, is absolutely unforgivable. I am not able to use most stickers due to the climate I live in (the high humidity will make them peal up within weeks.) So its paint, or water slides or nothing. Painting Grey is easy enough but matching that purple is just about impossible.
Not gonna lie, this is really tempting either way to get but man I just can't do it. I really wanna get it but at the same time the price is to steep for what it is. Hopefully it'll have some sort of re release in the future though I highly doubt it
ngl I only want it for the acessories and the hip assembly. It feels like sacrilege to kitbash using P-Bandai kits, but that head and maybe even those limbs just don't cut it for me.

Luckily they’re very fragile. As long as you keep an open eye, and you’re very aware, should be able to get the advantage

Hmm... The head and beam daggers will be tricky, but I think this can be built using the 0 Gundam as a base without *too* much trouble.

Kinda expected that they'll be lazy with color separation and quality in certain areas due to p bandai status. Shame its p bandai.
