I'm unable to create a custom Type (required) such as Cool Outreach. Is this a service level issue? I am still in a free trial but believe Professional would suffice for me currently.

A custom activity type? Creating custom activity types can be created under your account settings. In the automations you should be able to choose from the list of options that exist from your account settings. It shouldn't be an issue of your license level.

@@opsdesigned Thank you. I was able to create a new activity type following Settings -> Company Settings then clicking over to Activities -> +Activity type.
