Edit: Notes as an option to draw with finger. If you turn it off there is no palm touch. Also with sketchbook you have an option for pen mode and that also eliminates palm touches. Also tested my initial thought, once the pen touches the screen palm rejection turns on. Does the pen rejection work better if the pen touches the screen before the palm? I feel like the only reason you get the spots is because the plam touches first and the rejection activates once the pen touches. I haven't had the chance to test it out myself but maybe that's the reason.

You got 5 random dots within few seconds of its use in your drawing app. This gets even irritating when the poor palm rejection changes tools like at 8:40 mark, your palm-touch opened tools panel. Again if it drew some default sized shape like square, circle due to palm-touches, then cleaning them will be even more irritating. I guess this proves one should stay away from it till it matures. Even those costly Lenovo Yoga laptops with touch and stylus have poor palm rejection. Only Samsung's S-pen does not have any such issues. But definitely we have one more player in the town!!!

I mean they could have further reduced cost by not supporting stylus well... What's point in providing poor (for serious stylus user, it's useless) stylus support and increasing cost

I thought those prices were very cheap,compared to similar products. Those things are usually around 100-150$ US, especially cheap if you compare it with the Apple counterparts,which most people in my part of the world would be doing.

I just bought from a shopee store for RM245 (got a discount of RM3 from the store). It also had the lowest price sticker so i guess that was a good bargain
I did buy the keyboard but not the pen. I'm not really into taking notes and drawing and my bluetooth mouse is already fine for the complete PC mode experience.
If it is just light drawing and note taking i would go with the tab s6 lite because it is 200 dollars cheaper as it is 350 for s6 lite + pen and 580 for pad 5 pro(base model) + smart pen that being said if price is not an issue i would go for xiaomi for the better specs
