Sushi Cake Recipe
•Ingredients for each Layer•
• 2 cups sushi rice (or equivalent), 3 cups water, 1 cup rice vinegar, 2 tbsp toasted sesame
• 1 kg chopped crab surimi, 400 g shredded carrots, 4 tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp toasted sesame, 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 4 large avocados, 400 g shredded cucumbers, 1 tbsp wasabi
• 4 tbsp cream cheese or labneh, 3 tbsp chopped pickled gingers
• 800 g smoked salmon
• Ginger water
•Method•
Mix every layer’s ingredients apart, then proceed as shown.
