my valve is locked so that it can only go from 2 to 3.5 how can i fix this?

@@andersandersen232 Appreciate the help though what you suggested was not the fix for me. In the end I found that if you depress the small white tab seen at 3.04 with a small screwdriver then rotate the head it adjusts the available range.
