When I watch speedruns in the middle of the night, i always fall asleep, leave autoplay on, then I wake up a few hours later (usually to a runner screaming in excitement or a loud noise in my headphones), and it's always a completely different speedrun.
Really great run, great to watch and I bet it took a ton of practice. Great job. That furnace fun glitch is new to me, thx for that doc in the description that cleared all my doubts about using it. It does make practicing easier as well as make the runs faster, smoother and more entertaining to watch. Why not use it? It's one of those cases where blindly following the typical speedrun framework is actually worse for everyone.

nice run! getting close to that sub 1:11;30 goal! one potentially big but riscy time save could maybe be skip talking with gruntilda the fairy before ttc? i know the answears to the questions are random but it does seem to waste like 13seconds to talk to her. perhaps its better to just guess at furnace fun for those 3 questions? btw would it be possible in rta at the end of spiral mountain before you get onto the bridge like at the 48second ish mark do like in the tas rather then do the high jump to get ontop of the mountain? even if its a riscy strat its sub 50 seconds into the run so not a big deal to resett i suppose. should save like 3 seconds i think

i really like to see you go back to any%! sure you tried hard and didnt manage to break your 1:12:00 record but you were really close a few times. but judging by your sum of best for any% and your attempts its just about getting that one run where you nail almost everything and im sure you can get a really nice time! perhaps practise door of grunty abit more for consistency to avoid getting as many runs killed there!
Timic83tc There is a glitch to know moves that transfer from another file. It very simple. Just game over in a furnace fun mini game, load a new game, and when you enter gruntilda's liar, go back out and in again and you will know the moves
Yea hyperresonance and i think a few others also very recently finished their 100% TAS. The8bitbeast is working on a new TAS with hyperresonance i believe but they are in the routing phases so it might take a while but im sure we will see it eventually
Speculating on best possible time is a joke. New glitches, tricks, strats, etc. can be found. Look at the Ocarina of Time or Super Mario World progressions.

Or maybe it's because he earns the abilities like the Beak Buster or Talon Trot without having to speak to Bottles. Notice how he got the Beak Bomb in TTT, when it's supposed to be learned in Freezeezy Peak
