2019 Maruti Suzuki Ciaz 1.5 Diesel (DDiS 225) | Review | Autocar India

  • While many carmakers are considering abandoning small-capacity diesel engines altogether, Maruti Suzuki has just developed an all-new 1.5-litre diesel engine in-house. The old Fiat-sourced 1.3 Multijet engine is being retired, and this is the engine that will replace it. It has just made its debut in the Maruti Ciaz DDiS 225 and Hormazd Sorabjee drives it to tell you what it's like.

But why the stress on Diesel Life is nearing it's end. Every Manufacturer is bringing it's diesel machines in India and there seems to be NO policy/guidelines which is act as restrictions. Not good for country understandably but leaving BS-VI by april 2020, nothing else seems to be impacting the industry !

Its physics I guess. They use thin sheets so that the impulsive force reduces and you experience less damage or jerk at the time of accident.

Maruti should focus on passenger. SAFETY AND ACCORDINGLY MANUFACTURERS CARS..Maruti Car. MANUFACTURER SHOULDN'T. ONLY CONCENTRATE ON MILEAGE AND EXTERNAL LOOKS OF THE CARS.
MARUTI CAR CO. Should score. 5* Star Rating on. ALL Cars SAFETY NORMS.
ALL. Maruti. CARS build Quality is very Bad. Once a Man punched. the Bonet of an another MARUTI Car after. The Accident And there was a Dent on the Bonet of. The. Car.
    I. Have seen 2/3 Accident of. Maruti car. With. Another. CAR.. And as usual Maruti Car gets. BADLY Damaged after the accident.
