Super noob question but lately RC cars have taken my interest. Never owned one and this video was suggested to me and I'm happy it was. It didn't even dawn on me to build a car from scratch. I've built several 3d printers from scratch and thoroughly enjoyed it so your video has inspired me to go down this path. For the 3d printers I've built they were kits but also came with the parts so I didn't have to source them. Your kit looks like you went all over to get a complete car so my question is, is there a BOM when purchasing a kit? When sourcing parts, is there some guide that lets you know what is or isn't compatible? Awesome video, awesome car!
how's it goin. the kit comes with all of the parts to make a slider meaning all of the parts to get started besides wheels tires and electronics. I added other upgraded parts to this build. I have all of the electronics linked in my first build I did of these.
Sorry I missed it, what kind of wheels and tires are those?
Jconcepts mono wheels that I used Rit Dye to hang the color of I put the wheels link below
Are the towers -2 ? Just curious looks like a lot of droop.
they are stock spec carbon fiber towers I still need to do the final suspension settings when I have the battery and servo in
