Unlocking And Replacing A Stuck Honda Pilot Hatch

Sometimes it won't open because it hasn't been open in a long time and you really have to pull on it. When it won't open then the lock is not working and I'll show you how to open it, you will have to climb in to get to it

We have a 2007 Pilot that wont open after the doors are fully unlocked. I can hear something in there that sounds like it is trying to unlatch but it just wont. I started doing research to find out how to fix it. That's what brought me to you. Ours has the same little hole on the inside that yours does so I'm assuming it is a 2007 or around that year. Based on your video I'm going to replace the mechanism and hopefully that does it. Thank you so much for your video. It was very helpful. If yours is a 2007 would you happen t have a part number?
