Honestly all levels of chapter 4 are all equally hard in their own way Torment Therapy has a ton of well placed and hidden traps especially in zone 2 Mascot Mayhem has the most aggressive AI with by far the most annoying trap in all 3 zones and Bearly Buried is a straight up nightmare for both S rankers and speed runners
I'd say Torment Therapy is harder than Mascot Mayhem but ig. I mean they're invisible and they're fast, they keep chasing you until you die or stun them.
