How Torment Therapy is not same other level
1. Shard Radar in zone 2 is black
2. zone 2 have a little a white background in minimap and make nurse stealth vision is gone (New Update )

And yes I've played it flawlessly after the bug patch and my result should've been an S rank

@Lib thing is it's a literal nightmare to S rank torment therapy since the god forsaken nurses use their invisibility really well and they have proven to make the level hard
plus it's easy to screw up the boss when you don't know what you're doing or how to even get past it

@@zahiaoukil253I’d argue though, that Reaper Nurse could have straight up killed Doug effortlessly and didn’t need to trap him. Plus TT didn’t even have a Phantom Malak to chase him, dunno why her goofy bag head spared Doug (maybe they had mercy???? Still doesn’t make sense though).
Mama Bear kinda screwed up though. For a nightmare who has 600+ souls in all zones, she really let Doug’s stinky snoozing ass who had the rings snatched escape (even Malak had trust in her 💀, but you could argue that Tammy was saving him).
I've been waiting for a Torment Therapy S-rank for weeks. THIS IS FINALLY IT-
I just had to be taking a bite of pizza when 1:24 happened, I was not expecting that LOL. Grats on getting S rank! I keep almost S ranking it but I keep dying once in the Matron boss fight which resets my shard streak to 0 (which I think is a bug?). I also like the upgrades they made, its no wonder they took a bit longer to get the patch update out. Noticed the reverb/echoing in starting area, the second zone of TT was made noticeably darker and the secret now has a wall instead of boards.
Yeah I like the new echo in the voices. It was definitely lacking it

This bug happened to me too XD. I got this and another bug in the same run, when I got the Ring Peace, I was not able to click on the "Close" button but I was able to select it using the Keyboard so it is not a soft block type of bug.

The only thing I didn't like about chapter 4 is that they nerfed a lot the telepathy, it really was different from what it was like in the past.
I think it was to make the game run easier
Telepathy was already the worst power the nerf was so unnecessary
Maybe they wanted it to be more around skill

@@-ItsRyan- I don't really know either except that they made changes to all the levels and fixed bugs. I think one of the changes was Dread Duckies now being faster and having a different running animation and the clowns being slightly faster too. That's all I know.
@@elijahsmall5873 ah, okay thanks. I really hope they fixed the shard streak bug, you know. When you die on DD (deadly decadence.), you get a S a for losing 1 life and you get a B or A for losing your streak.
@@-ItsRyan- the part after the cutscene when you finish zone 1, before, you can only enter the patient transfer door by using teleportation, but now it seems they changed that part, now you can enter the door and still be chased by the nurses, you just have to get on top of the ambulance before they catch you

Not gonna lie, the bit at 14:00 always feels like a bit of an oversight to me, especially considering that Doug has the ability to teleport.
"Oh no! They have me trapped in a barred cell with a spiked ceiling slowly descending! If only I had the ability to magically teleport to the other side..." The same thought occurs to me at the end of Mascot Mayhem: What is preventing Doug from just teleporting to the other side of Joy Kill when he gets cornered at the end?
You can't teleport through barriers and walls, which includes the bars.
I've also thought the same way when Doug just looked up to Joy Kill in the end.

what to do when you pick up the ring peice and the 'close' button doesn't work? everytime am facing this glitch when am getting a perfect s-rank round
If you use Speed Boost while collecting the ring piece, the close button won't work.
You can counter this by pressing Tab and Enter.
You'll pay for that:hospital bill 300mil +30mil for stunning

They still did the most effort and are the only enemies to not get help from Malak(monkeys not mentioned cause it's for more wise) so if Malak actually showed up and helped he could've just won

@@shadowxacno1570 no, the reason why TT and BB was impossible to S-Rank before is because not all the zones have a red shard and stun orb
@@undefind3426 interesting because when i played TT before patch there were bonus shards from zone 1 and 2, it was just bearly buried that was impossible to S Rank because of the 3rd bonus shard which was impossible to get
