The goal of this video is for you to understand the clever details that has been put in making Danganronpa Goodbye Despair and that it is more than just a mystery game.

i feel like this may be foreshadowing that the next part will be about v3...but that is just my intuition.
My foreshadowing that fat Byakuya was fake was when I gifted him coffee in Chapter 1. He hated it, even though I remembered that DR1 Byakuya loved coffee.

In Chiaki's execution there is also no blood when she is crushed, a nod to the fact that she is an AI.
Nagito before the four chapter trial , paraphased: "There is one novel I like... a peculiar mystery story.... The story is told from the point of view of a high school girl involved in a serial killer mystery. But when you get to the end.... Surprise, Surprise! It turns out the girl was the Killer!
Of course, the story is written carefully so the reader doesn't learn the ending in the middle of the story....
The protagonist is just a projection of the Reader.... And the Reader turn out to be the Killer.
Which means the Killer you were looking for was inside of you all along.. How do you feel about Novels like that? "

Nagito is conflicted because the boy he likes and the the Ultimate Hope 'Were the Killer/the Despair all along."
And, in Danganronpa V3, the killing game participants were the Audience before this game. And they wanted to be the Best Killers. The Killers was inside the Readers/Watchers all along.
I was really disappointed that this was not referenced at the end of V3-1

You miss monokuma say " its monukuming time " trully the best fore shadow in the entire fiction
Actually, if you look closely at the tiles behind Nagito in the intro, you can see that the writing on them is similar to that in the final death room, which has similarly tiled walls, so I think it's actually a reference to that part of the game, not his death.

There's one more thing too; when Hajime wents to the movie theatre,We see a ultra despair girls poster.That's totally a spoiler for udg's coming.
That same poster is in Chiaki’s cottage lol.
There's also a UDG poster in DRV3 found at the back of the game room. So.... Another game might come out????
While it was foreshadowing, the talk about serial killers in the library makes is what made Peko disguise as Sparkling Justice. She knew it would be hard to come up with a motive to kill without having her relation with Fuyuhiko revealed, so pretending to be the serial killer that kills criminals was a good cover up, so we can't say it was ironic that she pretended to be one.
And it was clear that it is too ridiculous to be true
We had a bait and switch characters but peko? Something felt off about that
My favorite bit is when Nagito just lays out his whole plan in Chapter 5
If the traitor isn’t revealed a bomb will go off and destroy the island
Traitor = Chiaki
Bomb = Poisoned Fire Grenade
Destruction of the Island = Monokuma executing of all remaining students if they don’t find the culprit
Another fun detail about this is that the time Nagito says the bomb will go off is the same as his ToD shown in the Monokuma File

Idk why but if you think hard about it it's actually nagitos luck that saves all of them well not 100% imagine if he didn't plan this much the traitor is not gonna reveal themselves since they cannot act differently..... Even chiyaki was revealed as a traitor she tells every that nagito was forced to this cuz she understands him why did he kill himself...it's sad everyone always says chiyaki sacrifices herself to the students that actually hides nagito efforts for everyone sure his ways wasn't right but in the end everything turns out finds cuz he knew that hope will win in the end
At the start of the game Nagito asked Usami "are we going to kill each other"
Possibly doesn't count as foreshadowing, but in the first case, Kazuichi claims that Peko knocked the lights out using the circuit breaker. Hajime counters by claiming it would be too high up for her to reach, but Kazuichi doubles down, stubbornly insisting on more proof for Peko's innocence, even though he doesn't have an argument.
Except he DOES have an argument, as Peko would go on to commit her murder in chapter 2 by using her sword hilt to reach a high place, something she technically could've done in chapter 1 as well if she hadn't been incapacitated.
Also related to Peko, her relationship with Fuyuhiko is hinted at prior to the big reveal. Any time Fuyuhiko needs to be told anything, Peko is always the one who volunteers to speak with him.
Chapter 3 is named “Trapped by the Ocean’s Scent,” which is a song on the soundtrack. This links to Ibuki and Hiyoko being the victims of this chapter.

I don't remember lol. I would have put exactly what she said if I could remember. Imma have to replay the last trial.
I think it was something along the lines of, "this is one of those mystery novels where the protagonist detective is the murderer all along". I remember that line and was rather dissapointed that it wasn't referenced again at the end of V3 Chapter 1 because it was definitely said in DR2.

I feel like something else that foreshadows Chiaki being an Ai is that she is the Ultimate Gamer, and the cast is in a virtual world. This probably sounds dumb, but I just thought I'd put this here 😅
Actually, it does fit. After all, she's supposed to be just a gamer girl, yet she's one of the smartest characters in this cast, helping a ton in every trial. That is because she's trying to beat Danganronpa, the game.
@toumabyakuya that makes a lot of sense! I also forgot that she is smart despite her being a sleepy, gamer girl. That also foreshadows her being an Ai.
@@toumabyakuyatbh this feels like u underestimate gamers, especially competitive gamers (which Chiaki is). They have very intensive knowledge of games and many of them need very good analytical skills (e.g. competitive fighting games). Some other gamers also have really good programming skills to discover newer and better ways to excel at games (e.g. TASers for speedrunning)
@@mastamasta5921 I never said that they couldn't be smart, just that being close to a Sherlock Holmes when it comes to murders is not something you would expect a gamer to be like.

One you missed, the method of execution used on Nagito was almost every murder method used in the first. To top it off, his name is an anagram of makoto, intentionally made by the developers to mislead people into thinking he was a dark version of him.
The spear of gungnir that killed mukuro, Sakura was poisoned and in a locked room, Chihiro was tied up, Sayaka was stabbed
It makes sense but I always think Nagito used the 2nd game's murder methods. Twogami stabbed, Rope used for İbuki,Tape used for Hiyoko,Mechamaru's parts were broken and Nagito stabbed his legs.

The Twogami one is a stretch, he looks confident because we assume that it's Togami's 2nd killing game
Nekomaru is one kinda untrue. It wasn't a bazooka, it was some sort of energy beam, so he wouldn’t get blown off
The chapter 5 name and the anime counterpart name aren't foreshadowing man, it's a callback (and if you watching the anime after the game you already know the story)

I think he's referring to chiaki since she doesn't know she accidentally killed nagito, Kaede already thinks that she's the murderer in v3 but she doesn't know she failed to kill rantaro and the mastermind is the one who actually murdered him.
He's obviously referencing Hajime having uploaded Monokuma into the simulation in the first place

Gundam being the second luckiest in chapter 4 rock-paper-scissors game could be foreshadowing him being the culprit, since we know the culprit completed final death room, which contains russian roulette (a luck based game)
also another one that i found interesting, in chapter 2, when Nagito shows Hajime the picture of everyone’s shoe size, only 3 names are shown “Hiyoko, Hajime, Peko” maybe foreshadowing that Peko is the killer for chapter 2!

At the 4th Chapter before entering the class trial nagito and hajime has a small talk about something. Nagito talks abouts a novel he liked. The novel was about murders and in the end the novel says that the murderer was the main character all along, although there was no evidence about it until the end. In Hajimes situation we did not know that he was Izuru Kamakura until the end of the game. So I think this counts as a foreshadowing if its not, its an hinting from Nagito because we dont know the details about the book he got at the dead room or smth.

A foreshadowing that hints the future is nagito's disease BEFORE chapter 4. It's him being even more sickly than even akane or ibuki. Nagito was more dramatically sick than them which is the biggest clue.

In twilight syndrome hight school girl died by head trauma with a metal bat in chapter twos victim Maihiru died by head trauma with a metal bat (because of the motive)

It could be satire based on the "MINDBLOWING" in quotes in the title. I feel like all the videos I see from this guy are pretty bad, he gets a lot of details completely wrong. I'll skim through and see what I can find in this one.

@@Meepminer Yo, thank you very much, that's pretty extensive. I basically thought the same while watching the video. I also don't believe it is supposed to be satire. I haven't seen too many videos from this channel, but as you have already mentioned, the ones I did see were pretty bad as well. Also, I'm pretty sure the ""MINDBLOWING"" in the title was not in quotation marks when I first watched it. I don't think I would overlook such a detail when trying to figure out whether this video is a joke or not. So he maybe changed the title after the fact to maybe make it look like this is not meant seriously? Regardless, I'm probably not gonna watch any more videos from this channel.

One thing I will never forgive spike is the fact that, in zetsubou hen, they bring back chiaki just as if she was there all along, when they had already said she was an AI program, then come to with the explanation that "all of them had one and the same person in mind" and then remember chisa like, yo, wtf, she meant nothing? just leave chiaki rest, dont bring her back just to kill her again
