Event Description:
This is it. You vs the head of the Syndicate. And the entirety of the SCPD and VRT. I've fitted your car with enough weapons to last a lifetime, so good luck. You've come a long way since I first met you, and I'm proud to have witnessed you rise to the top. Go out there and show everyone what you worked so hard for.
This event is beatable, but due to the insane traffic density (courtesy of myself cause I love game torture) you're going to have a hard time navigating through cars and roadblocks. Did I forget to mention the cops have 500 of each weapon with almost zero cooldown? oops
Anyways due to this I had to raise the player durability up a bit compared to every other event since it's so ridiculously hard to not hit traffic that you will probably die before you even make it out of eagle crest, but you're still way weaker compared to a vanilla event where they baby you and give you so many chances. I'll try completing this event later if I even can.

for a ~50 mile hot pursuit with aggressive cops, i think that's reasonable.
