Just FYI, when using loctite on stainless, titanium, or any other non-corroding bolt, you need to use the Loctite Primer, I believe it's 7649. Loctite works by corroding the metals in the junction, so if neither the bolt or nut are made of material that corrodes, yeah the anaerobic thread lockers still harden, but they don't adhere nearly as well as they are supposed to.
The man hours alone of the motor/ modding the sled are probably pretty crazy also. Im suprised they wrap these sleds still since a wrap is 3-4lbs right there they could save.
@@calebhunger I guess but for youtube purposes it makes sense to wrap it and add the finishing touch. The extra 3 or 4 pounds can’t change the feel off the sled because of how little material is on one cubic inch all around the sled. Plus who doesn’t like a pretty sled.

On a 2013 163 rmk 800 would ya recommend loosening the limiter strap and and tightening the front shock and loosening the rear? I don’t do alot of trail riding and kind of want to do wheelies to show off. Am I safe to do that or could I ruin something?

You’d have to get out there and practice in an area with little to no consequence. NXT LVL Riding Clinics Dan Adams makes good videos on tips as well. But experience is key.
The issue would be cooling. Aluminum is amazing at dispersing heat and changing the temp of its surface very fast. And I would think in the bulkhead you want a bit of flex so it can absorb impacts and spread them out
Wonder how this lightweight 900 would do against a new Boost? Guessing the Boost would still get it, especially the higher up you go. Make a lightweight Boost!

Yes. There is a video I think from C3 power sports, and they built a new 2010 ski doo 1200 and made a full bulkhead, tunnel, body, tank all in carbon.
