the concept of accents is so nice, in my country learning english pronouncing a word with traces of our native language is considered incorrect but in other languages the accent in english words sounds so beautiful and original
It depends on the person. It's entirely subjective. Maybe to you and people from your country of origin would find them less beautiful than others, but to someone else, who is a native speaker, it's probably very enjoyable. It depends entirely on the listener and is different for everyone.

I think the reason the heavy German accent is so tingly is because of the way it emphasizes the consonants, it just sounds so crisp
