- Indian Classical Dancing is about much more than having fun; it's art, religion, history and tradition. Classical Dances elevates our feelings, makes us speak without words. It is rhythmic, expressive, elegant and passionate making you more beautiful, calm, graceful and charming.
This video is specially dedicated to all the Classical Dancers who have given years of dedication, learning and patience.
It is a genuine attempt to showcase something different. I'm not trained in all the classical forms so please do excuse me for any mistakes.

Not at all, you can't use Odissi dance for fun, it is an offering to the Supreme Almighty not for fun purposes, Maharis have been performing the dance in front of Lord Jagannatha in Puri since ages though it has been restricted now

Humare desh mei entni scientific aur chamtkari dance form hai ,garv se Mann bhar jaataa hai,saare ke saare dance form aatma,Mann aur tan (soul,body and mind) ko itna sakun aur shaanti dete hain jiska koi jawab nahi aur wo bhi aaj ki nahi saikdo saal purani parampara hai.

No odishi is done mainly in Chauka with a lot more detailing and feminine
While Bharatnatyam is done in Sama Bhanga

I noticed that the dress was kind of mix of the dances mentioned. However there's also other dances such as Khuchipudi from Andhra Pradesh, Yakshgana from Karnataka, Khakali from Kerala....
