"Weaker seeds" are coming from "weaker plants." Dr. Ingham is correct with healing the soil and microorganisms, but it will take generations to create stronger, healthier plants that produce stronger, healthier seeds. They are devoid of nutrients. This can be mitigated, but it takes time, and care.
By “generations”, many annuals live 3 months. We’re not talking about that long.

Moringa oleifera makes for excellent liquid bio stimulent, powered soil amendment, and compost tea. Moringa has the highest level of plant based zeatin.
How do you do it? I grow moringa, i sometimes put leaves aground the fruit tree.
@@putiwang7679 I spent 2 yrs trying to grow them in pots. I killed every seed that sprouted. This yr I plan to plant the seeds directly into the ground. No pots this yr.

Sounds like a human and soil health talk to me. Looking at an artificial manmade measure, yield, but leaving out the health of the soil. Human health now is about drugs getting a measurement but not curing the problem.
Interestingly, human health is dependent on micro-organisms, just as soil is.
As you said, we came from the soil and we will return to it.
So, there has to be a deep connection.

Using Food Waste is one major way to impact food nutrition as well as green house gasses. What are your thoughts on large scale anaerobic fermentation of food wastes to use in composts and in soils?

You both are great and a valuable asset for soil health but after all those efforts no changes or very little changes visble on land specially in india..
And our govt also not taking much intrests to protect our farming and soil they still gives huge sbusidy on poisions and synthetic fertilizers..
There needs to be a citizen science app for monitoring/collecting data from farmers using natural methods 🤓

How do we get all or most corporate farms to change to regen? Almost 20yrs worth of data, left or right government does not seem to matter, and we are still in the same place..
"Corporate" farms care about profits, not people. Their "products" are nothing but a commodity. You must do it your way, and ignore, by no longer supporting corporate farming products. Keep in mind, not all the farmers are "evil," they are simply "captured" by a system that supports "economies of scale." Ironically, it is a farming saying, "do not put all your eggs in one basket," which is what they attempt to do in order to procure profits.

Until government cannot be bought by big ag there isn’t much we can do to leverage change. Both sides of the aisle are bought by lobbyists.
The first question went to the point. Illustrate how the food is better and the consume is better. Push this to education. I didn't get any of this in Biology class.
People are fed up with no income farming so prices of very essential pulses and cereals are increasing by the year and in coming decade everyone will start to open their closed eyes for food supplies
