  • How do you do the Pilates lateral breathing and achieve perfect alignment in your body?
    With every group class I teach, I always start with reminding members how to align themselves in neutral and we concentrate on the lateral breathing technique.
    Why? Because the power of Pilates really is in the technique, the lateral breathing and the engagement.
    It's important to start your workout without bad posture. Watch this video to get your body in the correct, neutral position and alignment to make your workout more effective.
    Lateral Pilates breathing helps to keep your core stable and active whilst exercising. It's the fuel for your movement!
