I also love the fact that the exercises get repeated so I know what to look for and how to adjust the weights the second and the third time around. I work out with my husband, and we find different things difficult - like the pushups are hopeless for me, I just do planks, but he hates lunges with a passion (no lunges in this workout, so he was happy!). You are amazing at what you do, I hope the channel blows up for you and you get properly compensated for your work.

I started this session with 17.5Kg dumbbell’s, after the first set I had to drop down to 15s, arms felt like lead, the crusher press after the first round threw me completely where I had to drop down. I loved it, really felt as though I got an incredible work out. Thanks Tom! Absolute gangster of a workout man.
Ye I tried the crusher press with 17.5 before clicking record and thought works well but might be a bit light. By the time I got to it though I was glad I didn’t go heavier! Well done & glad you enjoyed it 💪🏼

Welcome! Thanks, ye I think I have a different style to most TH-camrs. Should be more similar to how you would train in a gym rather than the usual HIIT with weird exercises I often see on TH-cam
