If you have only less than two years service you can avail LWA for three months at a time. MC may be from a pediatrician

Special casual leave is treated as duty period and its leave account maintained separately. Hence not debited in leave account. If it exceeds the admissible limits, it will be treated as regular leave.

I entered in Government service on 20/4/96.I had taken 10 days LWA without Medical Certificate with effect from 30 /4/96to 9/5/97.when did my first increment in the year 1997. And further that I will be retired from 31st may 2024. During my entire service I have been taken more than a 560days LWA with out Medical Certificate frequently as short spell.Can this period calculate for Qualifying Service for my pension
