My God!! Emile looks the exact same from when he did years ago! did he find the fountain of youth or something? he looks great!! Besides that, it was great to see Emile back on the vlogs even for a short amount of time. I wish him the best with his journey and hope that he will be alright.

@@TrashyBag I just realized if Xenoblade 3 gets revealed at E3 this year, this will be the third time Xenoblade content has been announced during his lp of Xenoblade 2 the first was shulk in smash 4 during his Xenoblade 1 lp, and the 2nd was Pyra and Mythra in smash ultimate during his Xenoblade 2 Lp. ( which is on hiatus)
@@gamefan6219 omg yes...that would be awesome but I don't know how likely it will be....I'm still thinking the monolith soft game isnt related to xenoblade (lowering my expectations) but if a game is revealed, I will be super happy, even if it is just a remake of X

A lot of Pokémon pronunciations are super confusing and in some cases kind of prove how nonsensical of a language English is.

So strange seeing people not wearing masks somewhere else. Over here things were getting good but a new cluster a while ago caused the place to lockdown again. I hope one day we'll all be able to live normally again.
Where I work nowadays, it ranges from half wearing masks to almost no one with masks in the store (customers) depending on the time of day
@@SquidofBaconator Man, that must feel weird. For me everyone is still wearing masks and rarely anyone takes them off unless they're eating or exercising. Restrictions were tightened for a while but vaccines are getting out to more of the younger population.
Had finally gotten to watching from the start all the way through and was on day 5 when I got this notification and IMMEDIATELY clicked. Kinda wild to see all the progress you've made as a vlogger and how much times have changed! :D
Edit: also it's kinda wholesome having just seen you say in one of your earliest vlogs that you find anything under 70 degrees cold and seeing you say here it's 66 degrees and you're wearing a hoodie and that what you find cold hasn't changed after all these years

Unsolicited advice re: ticket to ride. I typically like to move the score markers as train cards are played. It makes the endgame scoring easier as you only have to determine longest track and add points for destination cards. Hope everyone enjoyed it! Ticket to ride became one of my favorite board games in the last few years.

@@DeltaSK2112 Over here we have a creature that lives in a shell, and shoots out a barb that will kill you fairly quickly. It's a very painful way to go.

I can imagine and with all the crazy animals you guys have! This was def a hermit crab so I wasn't worried. All our dangerous sea life is pretty standard (sharks, jellies, gators, etc)

I love these vlogs with Emile. He's always fun to watch.
If this had been a week and a half earlier I very easily would have ran into you guys on the beach. Stayed near the point at cherry grove for a week in mid may. Saw a ton of the jelly fish. Also swam the channel at the point during low tide. Pretty good week.

Ticket to Ride sounds like a real-life version of Mornington Crescent from the British radio show I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue. I'm interested.
Also, so happy that you guys were able to visit the beach again. Going out and about again has truly made the last few months much more pleasant and inspiring for me and I hope you all feel the same way. Here's hoping that we take baby steps to a better new normal together.

Funnily enough I played ticket to ride for the first time last weekend (a map of Europe version as im from the UK). Its a great game
Tip for Ticket To Ride: Get Europe and Nordic Countries. Europe adds rules and a station mechanic to the game which gives a lot more tactical options and evens out the luck to strategy ratio. Nordic Countries is the 2-3 player variant that yourself and Mal can play and get people into the game.
I own the four main Ticket To Rides and the seven map packs, it may be one of my favourite games 😛

Ticket to Ride is probably my family's go to game. I'd reccomend picking up practically any of the other expansion maps. Or for a much larger experience, pick up the stand alone, Sails and Rails game
What's really odd is how Stephen was making breakfast burritos and starting a week ago, I started making breakfast burritos in lieu of my usual default of toast/bagel with peanut butter. Not sure how long they (or specifically, Stephen) were making burritos, but it's hilarious to me that I just noticed it as soon as I started making the same thing myself.

I love ticket to ride, but my mother likes to hoard train cards so we've had to make a house rule of no one is allowed to have more then 20 cards in their hand, because its gotten to the point where she has like the whole deck in her hand and no one can find any colors they need. (she still kicks our butts every time)

When you guys were talking about how some board games have long turns and Emile mentioned how some turns will take 20min I thought he said “wargames” instead of “boardgames” and thought “wait Emile plays wargames? Like what Warhammer, Hail Caesar, Battlegroup?” as well as “well yeah wargame turns can take a long time lol” then I quick rewound the video and heard him say “boardgames” and thought that made a lot more sense haha

Ticket to Ride is a really fun game. I like playing it with my family. However, I did find it odd that you guys counted your points from your claimed routes when the game was finished. I thought you were supposed to keep track of that during the game. I guess you could play that way if you don't want to know who's winning, though.
Throughout the years I've heard Emile mention he's Mexican, but I just don't know if he's joking or not. lol
