    Love your video. I never thought of using breast milk in lotion, but again, breastmilk is best for your babies. Very informative 👏 thank you 😊

    I struggle with severe eczema and unfortunately our boy got my skin so we are all the time taking breast milk and oat baths so I’ve been dying to try and make some bar soap for us as well. It’s truly a life saver for our skin!

    I make both soap and lotion. How do you prevent the growth of mold without using a preservative?

    I love this!! But I know breast milk goes bad after 4 days in the fridge, to be safe what is the shelf life when it’s made in soap and lotion like that, and how do you store it?

    • @Deonnathemama222
      @Deonnathemama222  ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi :) Can I blend the oats instead of using it whole? Also, does the lotion heal eczema ? Thanks

    • @Deonnathemama222

      Thanks for your comment! It does wonders for eczema! I’m sure you could blend it but I’ve never tried it that way!

    How long do you keep lotion in the fridge before you trash and make it fresh ?
    Have you ever tried making the chapstick?

    I made soap but it won’t harden. I wonder what I did wrong. The soaps are not firm and they melt right away when put on water.

    Do you only use it for like babies who aren’t newborns? Or can you use it with newborns as well. I’m pregnant with my first baby and I don’t want to use any of those baby soaps on her skin when she’s born. So I’m just wondering if you can also use this soap for babies fresh out the womb lol

    • @Deonnathemama222
      @Deonnathemama222  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yes this is perfect for newborns. this is the only soap i use on my newborn as well

    I was told that you can’t use melt and pour soap with milk and oats because it will mold?

    • @ohmygrowth6401
      @ohmygrowth6401 ปีที่แล้ว

      Same. You shouldn’t. You should mix it with lye I believe & you have to wait a while for it to cure.
