Solo Sequences - Black Hole & Triangles

We're all at home and most of us are without fellow eager jiu jitsu friends to train with.
So follow along with this sequence of moves that introduces the notorious Black Hole and then follows into Triangle finishes from guard.
Ideally we'd be grappling with others. Right now we can't. So lets instead use what we have and do what we can to improve and go Higher with Gracie Jiu Jitsu.
