My comment may seem biased but it's the SAME rhetoric from those old school Carlson Gracie guys. Nothing fancy bout the techniques, very simple and TONS of pressure. I've had the pleasure of training with a few of the old school Carlson Gracie legends, including CG Jr at my academy and it's the same thing 1 2 3 and boom, heavy, heavy pressure, make em quit or turn him into a diamond. The joke is that you have to win Worlds and Pans to get a stripe at my academy... just show up and train.
