Those tutorials are top notch as always. I think it is a missed opportunity to add a small box of rocks and twiggs to the product though.
Great tutorial both on making the dry bases as well as using the tufts that come in the box.
Another amazing tutorial. Thank you.
Great tutorial!
What’s the music playing in the background? Would love to add it to a tabletop music playlist.
Hello! Thanks for your feedback!
It is called "The River of Hope" by Emmanuel Jacob.
Check out the gamers grass laser cut plants like the black magic taro and the red ferns for more things to add to the base.
Okay so, I absolutely love what you did, but the tufts... I feel like there are too many, I liked the previous step better.
It'd be nice to see 1 or 2 models on the bases, so we can check if it's not too clutered.
Good job anyway, I just subscribed.
Hello! thank you so much for your comment!
That's true! You can add less or more depending on the denseness of dry grasses on the region you are aiming to mimic. For this theme the idea was to create a still dense (yet dry) rocky landscape.
Usually we recommend to have you miniatures when your are creating the layout of the bases. And another trick is to glue them when you are placing the tufts, since this way you can adapt the base to the model :)
