Love the wonderful bright colors…..you lucky folks in the Southern Hemisphere are heading to Summer! The beach umbrella is just right! Thanks for your ideas today, Therese! 💌
You always inspire me. Love the line between the sentiments on the 3rd card. Now to remember it when I need it 🤔 and the shaker card put things over the top.
They are all very clever. I like the infinity card. And I love the colors you used. I tend to use darker colors for masculine cards. But I'm not really a fan. So brighter colors it is from now on! Thank you for the inspiration.
I knew exactly where those bits were heading - I have a bowl full of my own saved for a day that needs shaking up! Four fab greetings for our guys, Therese! Cheers to even more fun in 2022! xx
Great ideas for masculine cards. You have the best luck die cutting fun foam. I thought the second card looked good without the umbrella. Of course a shaker card is always fun! Happy New Year!!
Great cards, I especially like the circle pattern you created. With three brothers, I am always looking for simple masculine cards…thanks for some fun ideas!
Well done Therese! Which is no surprise to me! I think the addition of the umbrella helped balance out the weight of the bold sentiment. The circle card turned out to be my favorite-I like how you said you kept stamping until your eyes were happy with it. My eyes agreed with your eyes! I really like the way you did the sentiment too (& it made me laugh).💗
I needed some for my stash and assumed that we probably all must do by now, I've been so focused on Holiday cards that everything else has gone by the wayside lol. Glad you liked them Nancy!
@@lostinpaper I haven't tried the full card shaker yet but I think it will be soon... it just looks like so much fun, and I have tons of shaker bits of all kinds lol
I love them all, and what especially stood out to me was drawing the line between large and small stamped sentiments. A small detail with a big impact.
Love the cards. I think I would try to put a double layer of foam tape on the umbrella closest to the guy on the towel to give it just a bit more dimension
Yes, I was thinking of doubling it up to add more dimension... maybe it's because I was originally going for a one layer card, but next time I think I will. Thank you so much Bonnie!
Great cards, Therese! I have to admit when your started idea #3 I thought I wasn’t goin to like it and it turned out to be my favorite one! Of course I always love a good shaker card!
I think I was the same lol. But sometimes you just gotta keep stamping until it looks right and then if not.. I could always have used it for a background behind an image. Thanks so much Renee!
Fabulous masculine cards, Therese! So many great ideas, and just in time for hubby's birthday in January :) Thank you so much for sharing so many helpful tips with us...Love your shaker, too! Hope you had a Merry Christmas!!!
All great ideas Therese! I really like the card with the circle pattern and split sentiment, but all the cards work perfectly for a masculine card. Thanks for the inspiration and I hope you had a nice holiday!
Oh Therese. Thank you for doing this so soon after Christmas when there is nothing else to watch but Christmas designs. Great timing and great cards! Love that shaker idea and the bright colours are inspiring too. Thanks for sharing and Happy New Year to you!
You've done it again...totally inspired me to make a masculine card for my grandson. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and that your New Year is blessed.
New to your channel and so pleased to have found it. Love your happy presentation style and these cards are great. Now a subscriber and will be catching up on your earlier videos too. Thanks so much for your inspiration.
Yay! A BIG Welcome to you, I'm so very happy you enjoyed my video and hope you find some more inspiration here, there are quite a few videos so you may need a cuppa lol!
I struggle with men's cards, and these ideas were soooo helpful. Tuns out that the one I thought was the least inspiring was the one that inspired me the most!! The circle card. As I was watching I was saying to myself "Nah, this won't look good." Then I saw the finished card and said "Wow, how wrong can you be!!" I do love the Nordic Cross cover die though.
I know right, I think I thought the same thing myself at the time, but 'just keep stamping' and if it isn't perfect it could always make a great background behind an image lol. Thanks so much for your lovely visit here today Angela!
These are great ideas... I've been attempting to make cards for church and while I can come up with tons of ideas for women - men are a little harder as there are just not the same amount of stamps available for men as there are for women and children.
I totally agree Nancy, isn't it amazing what you have that can work for a 'man's' card. I'm glad you like these ideas and find them helpful. Crafty hugs Tx
I was actually thinking of asking you if you thought we could give a shaker card to a man. I have a coffee cup die from Honey Bee. He saw a card I did with that set and was impressed. I wanted to do something similar but different so I was thinking shaker card. I even have some sequins in brass/brown or something that could look like coffee. I was just worried that it wasn't right for a man. But you have given me permission ;) I should have guessed you were going to do a shaker when you saved all the crosses. I actually thought the size of the sentiment for the beach card worked. But the umbrella was a nice touch.
Thanks so much Olivia! I've certainly made many shakers for men over the years and have often added sequins or things like glitter glass / pops etc. I have seen little coffee beans that you can use in shakers that would be perfect for your card design... I think they were at Kat Scrappiness Yep, right here www.katscrappiness.com/products/coffee-beans-large-pack .... but seriously you could use real coffee beans and that would be fun too, and size won't matter as you don't even have to post it lol!! I also have some circular shaker windows from Sizzix that work perfect for this idea too, these are the bigger 2.5" ones bit.ly/3EB4BQq And if you have the time I'd love to see what you create, if you have a social page you can always tag me otherwise I have a direct email at my blog that you can contact me there. Your card sounds like a fun one!
eeeek, I freaked out, but Apparently the new colour is very similar but 'better'.... I'm looking forward to trying it, I have faith in Catherine Pooler lol.

Really liked the geometric shapes with all those great colors.

Glad you enjoyed it, thank you so much!
Love the wonderful bright colors…..you lucky folks in the Southern Hemisphere are heading to Summer! The beach umbrella is just right! Thanks for your ideas today, Therese! 💌
Yes it has been hot here.... but the rain has hit today, not quite as beautiful as snow, but we need it so can't complain lol.
You always inspire me. Love the line between the sentiments on the 3rd card. Now to remember it when I need it 🤔 and the shaker card put things over the top.
Thanks so much Laurie, I always forget that trick myself lol. Hope you had an amazing Holiday and wishing you all the best for 2022!
You are so right Therese, the struggle is real; masculine cards are very challenging for me. Thanks for the inspiration.
Glad you liked it Ann!
I bought the reinker for my “ mint to be “ because I love it, too!
Yes, it's been a fave of mine, but I am eager to try the new Minted colour to compare....
Love the circle card
That's my fave too!
They are all very clever. I like the infinity card. And I love the colors you used. I tend to use darker colors for masculine cards. But I'm not really a fan. So brighter colors it is from now on! Thank you for the inspiration.
I do like the darker colours as well, but something bright is my usual 'go to' so the men seem to get those cards from me too lol.
Love all your masculine cards. I always get inspired.
Thank you so much Cynthia!
Hey Therese....great ideas for masculine cards and ones I won't forget. I hope you and hubby had a FANtastic xmas, dear. Gentle hugs from Canada.
Our Christmas was so lovely thank you Nancy! Wishing you a Happy and Healthy New Year!

I knew that you would know that I knew lol.
Fantastic ideas, Therese. But then you always have such fantastic ideas and card designs. I do think the umbrella balanced the design. 💕
Glad you agreed. Thanks so very much. Mwah!
Fantastic cards! Love the umbrella you added to the one card. It felt better balanced afterwards
I totally agree Alison, I really should have chosen a smaller sentiment... I just wanted to use that one though lol!
Great ideas for masculine cards. You have the best luck die cutting fun foam. I thought the second card looked good without the umbrella. Of course a shaker card is always fun! Happy New Year!!
Thanks so much Lori, I always love a shaker too!

I definitely had a lack of masculine cards in my stash and with lots of men's birthday's right now.... they were needed lol.
Fabulous ideas!
Thank you Rennie! 😊
Those are great cards.
Yippee! So happy that you like them Therese!
Sometimes my eyes aren't happy and I have to stop and look at it for a while or 'keep going' until they are lol. So glad you enjoyed these Rebecca!
Great ideas. I love the card designs and especially the popped up umbrella.
Glad you like them!!
Wonderful ideas for masculine cards! Thank you for the great inspiration and another fun video!
I needed some for my stash and assumed that we probably all must do by now, I've been so focused on Holiday cards that everything else has gone by the wayside lol. Glad you liked them Nancy!
Those inks seem to blend like a dream, is it the inks or the brush…do tell! 😘
I hope your Christmas was special. You are such a special person. Happy holidays from Canada.
I had the most lovely time, thanks sooo much Beth! Wishing you a happy and healthy 2022!
Umbrella is good, we do not want the little man to get sunburn😛😛The third is my favorite, it goes to my "to do" bucket. Always inspiring. 😘
I totally agree lol.
Love all the cards but the shaker is my favorite! Glad I stayed till the end😍 TFS
Yippee! So happy you stayed as well, those shaker pouches are such fun!
@@lostinpaper I haven't tried the full card shaker yet but I think it will be soon... it just looks like so much fun, and I have tons of shaker bits of all kinds lol
Love the card ideas! Masculine cards seem to be so much harder to design! Happy New Year!!
I totally hear you Brenda lol.
I love them all, and what especially stood out to me was drawing the line between large and small stamped sentiments. A small detail with a big impact.
I like the way it makes the sentiment look like it was 'meant' to be together. thanks so much Jo!
Great simple and quick ideas for cards. Loving these.
Yay! Thanks so much Val!

The umbrella made the card.
Thanks so much Laurie, I agree, it needed something.
very nice, my fave is the geometric one, not my colours, but they're for a man so I don't care ;-)
hahaha you can certainly change it up to your favourite colours Maaike, I'm sure the 'men' won't mind lol.
Nooooo! Really?!? Not Mint to Be!!! I’m so sad now. I need to go buy some reinkers. 💔
eeeek, I freaked out, but Apparently the new colour is very similar but 'better'.... I'm looking forward to trying it, I have faith in Catherine Pooler lol.
Just a pity your channel is more about selling products than card making
